At VetTrust, around 100 veterinarians tackle complex medical conditions. Our specialisations
For students and graduates
Internships
We offer SVK-accredited internships lasting 12 to 15 months. These take place at Tierklinik Basel and Tierklinik Zürich Ost and provide structured, practical training in a clinical environment. Participants gain insight into different areas of small animal medicine and benefit from interdisciplinary exchange and guidance from experienced veterinarians.
FVH training positions
If you are interested and a suitable match, we would be pleased to offer you an FVH training position after completing your internship with us, subject to availability.
VetTrust starter programme
The VetTrust graduate programme is currently in its pilot phase. It provides targeted support to committed young veterinarians as they start their careers, giving them the opportunity to gain initial practical experience and develop their professional skills. If the pilot phase is completed successfully, further places for motivated and interested veterinary medicine graduates are planned from summer 2027.
For experienced professionals
Are you a veterinarian with several years of professional experience? At VetTrust, you can contribute your expertise, take on responsibility and pursue your professional development. You care for your patients independently, make diagnoses and develop individual treatment plans. In doing so, you work closely with your team and our specialists.
For leaders
Would you like to practise veterinary medicine while also taking on responsibility for people and clinical leadership? As a lead veterinarian at VetTrust, you take responsibility for your location and actively shape its clinical and organisational development. You lead and support your team and serve as a key contact for employees and other internal teams.
