Business and administrative roles at VetTrust’s Head Office

Around 25 employees work in business and administrative roles at our Head Office, VetTrust’s headquarters in Rotkreuz in the canton of Zug. They are our experts in human resources, finance and marketing. As internal service providers, they support our veterinarians and veterinary practice assistants and ease their workload, allowing them to focus on the wellbeing of animals and their families. People & Culture

The People & Culture team is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle at VetTrust, from recruitment and administration to development, retention and remuneration, as well as workplace health management and departures. Personal support, individual needs and respectful interactions are at the heart of its work.

Finance

The Finance & Controlling team ensures a sound financial foundation through transparent processes, meaningful reporting and forward-looking planning. Its responsibilities include accounting, preparing analyses to support management decisions, and managing liquidity and capital flows. This creates the basis for financial stability and VetTrust’s sustainable development.

Marketing

The marketing team ensures that VetTrust presents a consistent and compelling image, both internally and externally. The team plans, writes, designs and analyses a wide range of communications, from campaigns, newsletters and promotional activities to partnerships, trade fair appearances and articles. It works with other teams to ensure that communications reflect VetTrust and reach their audience.
